We are seeking reliable, professional, and customer-focused Event Servers to join our team. Event Servers are responsible for providing exceptional service during catered events, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting event setup and breakdown tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced, team-oriented work and have a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and break down catering stations, buffets, tables, chairs, linens, and decor according to event layout and service standards Greet guests and provide prompt, courteous, and professional food and beverage service Serve plated meals, beverages, or buffet items as required for the event format Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout the event Assist with refilling food stations, water glasses, and clearing dishes throughout service Ensure event space is restored to its original condition post-event (trash removal, packing, storing equipment) Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Communicate effectively with event leads, kitchen staff, and fellow servers to ensure smooth service Adhere to all company policies and appearance standards
Qualifications:
Prior experience in catering, banquet, or restaurant service preferred but not required Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong communication and customer service skills Professional with a positive attitude Reliable transportation
