As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will deliver attentive and knowledgeable service, maintain poise under pressure, and ensure each guest’s visit is memorable. Fine Dining Server Duties and Responsibilities Provide personalized, attentive service in accordance with fine dining standards Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and pairing suggestions (wine, cocktails, etc.) Accurately take orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages Maintain a deep knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods Perform tableside service (e.g., wine presentation, carving, flambé) when required Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns Set up and break down tables with precision and care Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate smooth service Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications:
1+ year of fine dining or upscale restaurant experience required Knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Polished appearance and professional demeanor Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced setting Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Alcohol Service Certification (or willing to obtain)
