This position requires a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service. The Food Runner will work closely with kitchen staff and servers to maintain the flow of service and uphold the restaurant’s standards of quality. Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests at their tables. Assist servers in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring a clean and organized dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of dishes. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns. Help with food handling and preparation as needed, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines. Utilize Aloha POS system for order tracking and communication with the kitchen. Support banquet services by assisting in setup, service, and breakdown of events. Skills Proficiency in Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred. Strong understanding of food handling practices and culinary basics. Experience in food service or hospitality is a plus, particularly in fast-paced environments. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff. Experience in bussing tables and assisting cooks is advantageous but not required.
