The ideal candidate will possess excellent guest relations skills, a passion for providing exceptional service, and the ability to thrive in a busy setting. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering outstanding service and maintaining a positive atmosphere. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, preferably Aloha POS. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Process payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are handled with care. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist in food preparation as needed during peak hours to support kitchen operations. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred but not required. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Excellent guest services skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Must be able to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism and composure.
