Server StaffRite USA Memphis, TN 38103 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the OpenTable system or other designated methods. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist in the training of new staff members as needed. Handle cash and process payments accurately while adhering to restaurant policies. Experience Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions. Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is a plus. Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. A culinary background or familiarity with kitchen operations can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
