JEM, or Just Enjoy the Moment, is a family owned and operated restaurant. We’re looking for the right team members who possess not only food and beverage knowledge, but share in our values of service, professionalism and positive attitudes. The serving position that needs to be filled will be for 1 or (sometimes) 2 days a week, most likely on Friday or Saturday evenings. The space features an open kitchen, which puts our kitchen team in the heart of the dining experience. Every employee gets tipped out, including the kitchen. When we are busy, we all do well. Must have 2+ years minimum full-service restaurant experience.
Must have availability to work evening shifts including weekends and holidays.
Must be positive, collaborative and committed to healthy communication and quality work
