The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering top-notch service in a fine dining environment. As a Fine Dining Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy their meals and have an unforgettable experience. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Present menus, explain daily specials, and make recommendations based on guest preferences. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure guest health and safety. Requirements Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen operations. Strong time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tables and guest needs. Ability to upsell menu items effectively while providing excellent customer service. Excellent communication skills with a focus on helping guests feel valued and appreciated. Aloha POS experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
