You will be responsible for providing personalized service, assisting with food and beverage orders, and maintaining an impeccable environment within the club. This position requires a friendly demeanor, enthusiastic and professional approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities Greet members and guests in a warm, professional manner and provide exceptional service throughout their visit. Take and accurately process food and beverage orders. Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and in accordance with club standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, dining spaces, and lounge areas. Ensure members’ needs are met promptly and professionally. Anticipate member preferences and offer recommendations when appropriate. Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Handle any special requests, reservations, or accommodations as needed. Uphold the high standards of the club’s appearance and service at all times. Requirements Previous experience in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or private club setting is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with members and guests. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Self-motivated worker that uses their time efficiently. Professional, polished appearance with a courteous, respectful demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, events, and holidays as needed. Knowledge of dining etiquette, food, and beverage service is a plus. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
