We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Seasonal Food Servers to join our team for our upcoming concert season. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. Cocktail Servers will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, delivering items promptly, and maintaining a clean and organized service area during live concert events. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Greets guests in a friendly and professional manner. Takes accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system. Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) regulations and venue policies. Delivers food and drinks efficiently and with attention to presentation. Monitors guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service protocols. Clears empty dishes and glassware to maintain a clean environment. Handles payments and process transactions accurately. Communicates effectively with bar and kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Upholds health, safety, and sanitation standards. Maintains a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a server or cocktail server in a high-volume environment preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age, in accordance with Tennessee law, to serve alcohol if supervised by someone age 21 or older. Must possess or obtain a valid TABC Server Permit (Responsible Beer Vendor certification) prior to working. Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency. Knowledge of common cocktails and alcoholic beverages is a plus. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation:

The Red Wheel Food Runner compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. This range is subject to local, state and regional dynamics and may be adjusted up or down depending on market conditions.

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position does not have any supervisory responsibility

Promotional Opportunity:

Associates with more than twelve (12) months of service may request consideration to transfer to other jobs as vacancies become available and will be considered along with other applicants. To be considered, Associates must have a satisfactory performance record and have no disciplinary actions during the last twelve (12) months.
