As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding hospitality, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system. Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food preparation and ingredients. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining room throughout the shift. Assist with food preparation as needed to support kitchen operations. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure guest health and safety. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices is essential. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and satisfaction. A passion for culinary arts and an eagerness to learn about menu items. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
