Responsibilities:

Guide guest through menu, including sushi, hibachi, and beverage options. Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve meals and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation. Monitor tables for refills, additional requests, and overall satisfaction. Handle card transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Assist with side work, including rolling silverware, refilling condiments, and setting tables. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

Previous serving experience preferred (experience in hibachi or sushi restaurants is a plus). Knowledge of Japanese cuisine (sushi, sashimi, hibachi) is helpful but not required (training provided). Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and carry trays. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
