Located in a vibrant area, this role is essential in delivering an unforgettable dining experience to our guests while contributing to the overall success of our restaurant. Responsibilities Provide excellent guest service by attending to customer needs promptly and courteously. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations when necessary. Handle cash and process payments accurately at the cash register. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service. Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Requirements Previous experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred. Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
