Summary As a Server at Soulshine Pizza, you will be integral to delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our patrons. Reporting to the restaurant manager, you will utilize your core skills in POS systems, food service, and food safety to efficiently take orders and serve food. Your premium skills in time management and sales will be essential for promoting menu items and ensuring guest satisfaction. With a focus on teamwork and a passion for the food industry, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere in our vibrant restaurant. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems. Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food safety standards. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Handle cash and process payments efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions.
