The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and efficiently, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and servers. Duties Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Assist servers by providing support during busy service periods, including refilling drinks and clearing tables. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status and any special requests from guests.
