The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining or nightclub settings and possess a passion for providing exceptional guest services. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding dining experience by ensuring that guests receive high-quality service, timely food delivery, and personalized attention. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders using POS systems, ensuring all special requests are noted. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests. Adhere to food safety protocols and hygiene standards at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food. Maintain knowledge of current menu items, specials, and wine pairings to provide informed recommendations. Skills Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is preferred. Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Proficiency in using OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Ability to upsell menu items effectively through persuasive communication skills. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments.
