Description:

The Junior Security Analyst will provide direct support to STORM Security and will serve as the primary security point of contact in the STORM/Australia Cooperative Project Office (CPO).

Responsibility:

Process all incoming foreign visits to the

STORM CPO

in coordination with the PEO MS Foreign Disclosure Office. Maintain status and historical documentation for all incoming foreign visits. Create and maintain a tracking system internal document release process. Assist Security Specialists in obtaining reviews and concurrence from other internal offices as well as coordinating those reviews. Prepare reports, correspondence, and briefings as required. Monitor and manage email inbox regularly to stay updated on incoming inquiries, questions, issues, and concerns, responding promptly to ensure timely and effective communication. Assist in the administration of the Security Education and Training Program for information, personnel, and industrial security programs. Perform administrative office support functions and maintains cooperative working relationships with STORM Security Team. Serve as the point of contact (POC) for all incoming visitors to the building and maintains the sign-in rosters, ensuring Army policies and regulations are adhered to. Send all outgoing visits for government personnel located in the CPO. Responsible for the physical security of the CPO building.

Qualifications:

Must have a secret or higher DoD security clearance or have the ability to obtain one. Masters’ degree and 8 years of experience, a Bachelors’ Degree and 10 years of experience, or a HS diploma and 14 years of experience. 4 or more years of experience in security programs supporting the Government and have extensive knowledge of Delegation of Disclosure letter to ensure unauthorized disclosure do not take place within the CPO. 3 or more years of experience interpreting and providing guidance on existing security policies, regulations, directives and procedures. 2 or more years of experience implementing and executing the requirements of Army Regulation 380-10. 3 or more years of experience providing reports or briefing security status of a program to leadership. Prefer experience coordinating with a foreign disclosure office or International programs organization on security related issues.
