The RoleAs the Director of Human Resources, you willdrive HR initiatives that support our rapid growth. Overseeingmultiple HR teams-including HR Operations, Employee Relations,Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development-you will alignpeople strategies with business objectives while fostering aculture of innovation, inclusivity, and compliance.

What You’llDo Lead, mentor, and develop HR teams to optimize performance,engagement, and talent development. Build and implement strategic HR policies, leadership programs,and engagement initiatives. Champion compliance, employee relations, and talent acquisitionbest practices. Utilize data-driven decision-making to enhance recruitment,training, and performance management. Oversee compensation, benefits, health & safety, and employeewell-being programs. Develop and drive remote workforce policies and global HRinitiatives, including nearshore partnerships. Collaborate with executives to align HR strategies withbusiness growth and operational goals.

What You Bring Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, BusinessAdministration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 5years in HR leadership, preferably in a high-growth or contactcenter environment.

Certifications:

SHRM-CP or

SHRM-SCP

preferred.

Skills:

Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability tomanage HR operations at scale.

Tech-Savvy:

Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics to driveworkforce optimization.
