The Vice President of Talent & Culture will lead HR strategy,talent management, training programs, and workplace culture acrossthree luxury resorts. This high-impact role requires extensiveexperience in luxury hospitality, complex resort operations, andhuman resources, along with expertise in talent development andcultural transformation.

This position involves overseeing thedevelopment of three Directors of People and Culture to ensure HRpolicies, leadership programs, and culture align with theorganization’s vision for excellence in hospitality.

The idealcandidate is a strong, people-focused leader with experience inluxury hotels, large-scale resort operations, and multi-property HRmanagement, while also driving strategic cultural initiatives. Thisrole is pivotal in crafting enriching guest experiences andenhancing team member engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent &Culture Strategy Develop and implement a talent and culture strategy that alignswith luxury hospitality standards. Foster an environment of collaboration, innovation, andexcellence. Drive employee engagement and retention strategies.

HumanResources Leadership & Operations Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance withlabor laws, policies, and HR best practices. Lead, mentor, and support Directors of HR across multipleproperties. Ensure consistent HR policies, employee relations, and talentacquisition strategies across all resorts. Manage compensation, benefits, performance management, andsuccession planning.

Training & Development Design and implement training programs to develop futurehospitality leaders. Oversee leadership development programs for high-potentialemployees. Ensure team members receive luxury hospitality service trainingaligned with industry standards. Partner with property leaders to enhance guest-facing trainingprograms.

Diversity, Inclusion & Employee Engagement Foster a culture of inclusivity, respect, and diversity acrossall resorts. Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale,and job satisfaction. Develop and manage recognition programs, team-buildingactivities, and wellness initiatives.

Collaboration with ExecutiveLeadership Partner with senior leadership and operational teams to alignHR strategies with overall business objectives. Act as a strategic advisor, ensuring talent and culture remaintop priorities. Serve as a culture ambassador, driving initiatives that enhanceemployee and guest experiences.

Qualifications & Experience Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, orrelated field. 10+ years of HR and talent leadership experience, with at least5+ years in luxury hospitality or resort operations in a leadershiprole. Proven success in multi-property or area-level HRleadership. Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, compliance,and employee relations. Experience in talent acquisition, training program development,and performance management. Luxury hospitality experience is strongly preferred. Strong track record in workplace culture transformation, teamdevelopment, and engagement strategies. Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required. Exceptional leadership, communication, and emotionalintelligence.
