People Success Officer Dayspring Village Hilliard, FL 32046 Company Overview Dayspring Village and Dayspring Senior Living are a family-owned and operated licensed assisted living facility that has been serving adults with schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorders since 1987. Summary As the People Success Officer at Dayspring Village, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and enhancing our human resources strategies. This leadership position is essential in fostering a supportive environment for both our staff and residents, ensuring that we attract, develop, and retain top talent. Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals of of recruitment and retention of qualified. Oversee recruitment processes to attract qualified candidates who are passionate about mental health care. Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment that promotes engagement and retention. Lead performance management initiatives to support employee development and ensure that regulatory standards are being met. Conduct on boarding services for new hires Conduct random drug testing Handle investigations of alleged employee misconduct. Serve as the liaison with Paychex our payroll vendor Facilitate training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge in mental health care, dementia and basic service delivery. Requirements Experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within the healthcare or assisted living sector. Strong communication skills and good recruitment personality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Holds a Associates of Arts Degree or higher. Demonstrated strategic planning abilities with a focus on organizational development.
