The HRBP for North America will serve as a business partner, responsible for developing and implementing the HR strategy for the region. Being a trusted advisor to Regional senior leadership, you will provide HR guidance by ensuring alignment with global HR initiatives and Global Sales & Marketing roadmap whilst addressing the unique needs of the North American market. This position requires an agile leader who can locally lead transformations, navigate into a matrix organization and tackle business challenges with adequate HR actions.

Responsibilities Business Partnership:

act as a trusted advisor to regional senior leadership, identify key HR priorities, provide insights and guidance on HR-related matters to support business growth and performance. Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and develop tailored HR solutions that drive organizational success.

Talent Management:

oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a high-performing workforce. Implement succession planning and talent development programs to ensure a robust talent pipeline. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Employee Relations:

foster a positive and inclusive work environment, addressing employee concerns and promoting a culture of engagement and collaboration.

Performance Management:

drive the performance management process, ensuring clear goals, regular feedback, and development opportunities for employees. Support managers in conducting effective performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.

Compensation and Benefits:

manage compensation, benefits programs and payroll administration to attract and retain top talent, ensuring competitiveness within the market.

Compliance:

ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Change Management:

lead HR initiatives related to organizational change in order to facilitate smooths transitions.

HR Metrics and Reporting:

monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Provide regular reports to regional senior leadership and global HR Team, highlighting key trends and insights. Use data-driven approaches to inform HR decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) with a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience as an HR business partner, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and trends. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to work in coordination with Global HR Sales & Marketing Director, and Global HR Team. Agility to combine operational tasks and global vision, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and knowledge of North American labor laws and regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities, demonstrated ability to lead and manage change effectively and strong project management skills and the ability to drive HR initiatives to successful completion.
