In this pivotal role, you will develop HR strategies that align with our company goals, advise senior leadership on all matters related to human capital, and ensure we attract, develop, and retain the industry’s best talent. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a passion for talent development, and a commitment to driving organizational success through effective HR practices. Essential Duties /

Functions Rigorous Talent Management:

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-caliber talent across all levels of the organization. Oversee the design and implementation of comprehensive onboarding programs to facilitate the smooth integration of new hires into the organization. Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and talent development needs, and design initiatives to address them. Establish performance management processes and tools to drive employee engagement, goal alignment, and continuous improvement. Implement and oversee an internship program to develop future Integral leaders

Organizational Design and Development:

Evaluate organizational structures and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, agility, and effectiveness. Partner with senior leadership to assess workforce needs and develop planning strategies to support business growth objectives. Lead organizational change initiatives, providing guidance and support to managers and employees throughout the change process.

HR Business Partnering:

Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and frontline management, providing expert guidance on HR-related matters and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to department heads and managers, offering support and expertise on employee relations, performance management, and other HR issues. Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including supervising an HR manager(s) responsible for: (i) Legal and Agency Compliance; (ii) Payroll Administration; (iii) Employee Benefits Administration; (iv) Workers’ Compensation and Loss Control Services; and (v) Recruitment, Hiring, Onboarding, and Offboarding. All other duties assigned Requirements Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business objectives into HR strategies and initiatives. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Demonstrated experience leading HR initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment. Proven track record of developing and implementing talent management programs that drive employee engagement and retention. Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Ownership of employee on-boarding and termination Comfort managing people, engaging company leaders, speaking in public Personable, energetic, proactive, and organized Ability to travel Education & Experience Desired Seven+ years HR experience, at least five of these years in management Experience running an HR organization with a dispersed workforce nationally with remote and hybrid corporate offices as well as off site locations Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field Professional certification, such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR, is preferred
