What You?ll

Do:
  • Manage the full lifecycleof new product onboarding (NPOB), including private label andreformulated products
  • Coordinate label design, regulatory approvals,and data entry into ERP and customer portals
  • Align cross-functionalteams (Regulatory, QA, Sales, Planning, Purchasing, Engineering) toensure smooth product launches
  • Oversee product transitions andend-of-life processes, including inventory phase-outs
  • Maintaincompliance with Kosher, Non-GMO, and organic certifications
  • Provideregular updates to internal stakeholders and clients through the PMO-Develop SOPs and work instructions to streamline onboarding processes-Participate in cross-functional product development projects
  • Maintaindeep knowledge of Catania?

s product specs, customers, and regulatoryrequirements

Requirements, What You Bring:
  • 3-5 years of experience inproduct management, development, or marketing (preferably in food orCPG)
  • High school diploma required; Associate?s degree in businesspreferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and other MSOffice tools
  • Experience with ERP systems and customer onboardingportals
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Clear,professional communication skills
  • written and verbal
