What You?ll
Do:
- Manage the full lifecycleof new product onboarding (NPOB), including private label andreformulated products
- Coordinate label design, regulatory approvals,and data entry into ERP and customer portals
- Align cross-functionalteams (Regulatory, QA, Sales, Planning, Purchasing, Engineering) toensure smooth product launches
- Oversee product transitions andend-of-life processes, including inventory phase-outs
- Maintaincompliance with Kosher, Non-GMO, and organic certifications
- Provideregular updates to internal stakeholders and clients through the PMO-Develop SOPs and work instructions to streamline onboarding processes-Participate in cross-functional product development projects
- Maintaindeep knowledge of Catania?
s product specs, customers, and regulatoryrequirements
Requirements, What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience inproduct management, development, or marketing (preferably in food orCPG)
- High school diploma required; Associate?s degree in businesspreferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and other MSOffice tools
- Experience with ERP systems and customer onboardingportals
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Clear,professional communication skills
