We are seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Human Resources & Organizational Development to lead and shape the HR strategy, foster a culture of excellence, and drive employee engagement and leadership development. This position will oversee an HR Staff including an HR Manager, HR Generalist, Digital Recruiter and HR Administrator.
Description:
The VP of HR & Organizational Development is a key leadership position responsible for developing and executing human capital strategies that align with business objectives. This role will lead all aspects of HR, including talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, total rewards, HRIS and compliance. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a proven ability to drive organizational change, foster an inclusive work environment, and support company growth.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Organizational Development:
Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals, workforce planning, and company culture. Drive change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and agility. Lead leadership development programs and succession planning to build a high-performing workforce.
Talent Management & Employee Engagement:
Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and develop top talent. Design and execute employee engagement programs that enhance satisfaction, performance, and retention. Develop and implement training and development programs to upskill employees and support career growth.
Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations:
Oversee total rewards strategy, including compensation (base pay and bonuses programs), benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k), and recognition and incentive programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and best HR practices. Implement HR technology solutions to optimize efficiency and employee experience.
Culture & Leadership:
Act as a strategic advisor to executives on people-related matters. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Serve as a trusted partner to managers, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:
Experience in Multi-Unit Management in a growing, dynamic environment is preferred. Strong ability to influence senior leadership and drive business results through people strategies. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications preferred).
Compensation:
$140-150K plus bonus 100%
