Job Description

Sr. Compensation Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Senior Compensation Analyst. In this long-term contract role, you will play a critical part in analyzing and administering compensation programs to support organizational goals. This is an on-site position where your expertise will directly contribute to the success of our client’s growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed analyses of compensation data to ensure alignment with market trends and organizational objectives.
  • Support the development and administration of salary structures and compensation programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to evaluate and recommend adjustments to pay practices.
  • Provide insights and guidance on compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations in all compensation-related activities.
  • Review and process compensation adjustments, promotions, and other pay-related changes.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new compensation initiatives and policies.
  • Assist in benchmarking studies to ensure competitive positioning in the retail industry.
  • Address employee inquiries related to compensation policies and practices with professionalism and clarity.
  • Proven experience in compensation analysis and administration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Proficiency in compensation software and tools, as well as Microsoft Excel.
  • Comprehensive understanding of federal and state compensation laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in Compensation or related areas (e.
