This fast-paced role requires high attention to detail, time management, and strong communication skills. The analyst serves as a key member of the Benefits team, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of benefit services and communications. Key Skills for Success To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate strengths in the following skill areas: Benefits administration and compliance Analytical and problem-solving skills Vendor and stakeholder coordination Data accuracy and reporting Project and time management Communication and interpersonal effectiveness Core Competencies & Expertise 2-3 years of experience in benefits administration Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word Knowledge of benefits-related laws (ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA) Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred Competencies & Skills Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of direct benefits experience Familiarity with Workday or other HCMS platforms Experience with ACA compliance Strong understanding of federal, state, and local benefits regulations Who We Are At Bob’s, we have fun, we love what we do, and we’re growing fast!
