Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must have strong grasp of incentive compensation concepts The candidate must have an aptitude for understanding business systems and improving processes Must be able to prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines Experience with data mining tools such as Business Objects and Power BI is a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook Candidate must possess a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization Ability to work independently

- $100,000.
The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
Job Summary:
The Incentive Compensation Analyst is a position of critical importance to the organization. This role drives the configuration and ongoing administration of the Company’s global incentive compensation systems; designing dashboard reports for senior leaders; support expansion and integration of corporate acquisitions; become a subject matter expert and key contributor to sales force deployment initiatives; and participate in the annual incentive plan design and modeling process.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
Global Compensation Plan Administration
- configure and optimize the incentive plan application to assure timely, accurate payments to all sales reps and comp plans. This includes plan design, analysis, and assurance of reporting accuracy. Sales Territory Alignment
- Optimize territory alignments for CSI’s business units utilizing digital mapping software. Work with Sales leaders to design new alignments as business evolves, staffing needs change, or corporate acquisitions occur. Data Integrity
- partner with cross functional teams to ensure that transaction level sales data is formatted and transmitted properly to align with commission plan requirements. Develop new methods of data validation to streamline the process and improve results. Perform User Training
- create a virtual training program to introduce new sales representatives and managers to the company’s annual incentive plans and the company’s incentive compensation applications. Attend off-site meetings to perform in-person trainings when possible. Incentive Plan Design
- contribute to the design process of all sales incentive plans annually. Evaluate effectiveness of plans throughout the year Maintain accurate historical data for use in salary surveys and competitive market analyses as needed Ad hoc Reporting
- Support cross functional groups such as Finance, Marketing, etc.
