Key Responsibilities:
Maintain andupdate the compensation calculation spreadsheet, ensuring accuratetracking of new team members, departures, rate changes, andcompensation adjustments. Calculate and thoroughly reviewcompensation data before submitting for payment processing. Submitcompensation information to Payroll in time for inclusion inscheduled payment cycles. Monitor approval systems formanagement-approved compensation inputs; review, approve, or returnsubmissions as needed. Manage the Compensation email inbox byaddressing inquiries promptly and professionally. Prepare anddistribute individual earnings statements for each payment period.
Track discrepancies (overpayments/underpayments) to identify rootcauses for management review. What You Bring to the
Role:
AdvancedMicrosoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, data analysistools, and automated communications. Strong financialunderstanding, analytical thinking, and excellent communicationabilities. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment totransparency. Results-driven approach with willingness to takeinitiative and work collaboratively as a team player.
