How You Will Contribute:
Detail oriented record keeping and workflow management Support open enrollment by creating employee benefit guides and other client-facing materials Communicate with client regarding open enrollment logistics Work with carrier and administrative partners Assist the Account Executive/Broker in servicing clients Provides answers to employers regarding general administration and health policy questions. Assists employers and employees with resolution to claim questions and problems. Maintains and updates client accounts in a variety of benefits administration systems. Provides support for client Open Enrollments.
Licenses and Certifications:
Active Florida Life & Health Insurance license, or the ability to obtain license in first 90 days of employment Skills & Experience to
Be Successful:
2+ years of experience in benefit administration Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with insurance agency workflows and carrier relationships Proficient in Office Products Applied Epic CMS preferred Working knowledge of benefit administration platforms – Ease, Employee Navigator, Rippling Bi-lingual Spanish preferred
