Description We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team in Tampa, Florida. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to adapt to dynamic situations. As part of a small team, you will play a vital role in supporting employees and ensuring the smooth management of benefits processes.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers addressing inquiries related to products and resolving issues with professionalism.
• Accurately document interactions and ensure all communication is concise and properly recorded.
• Manage a high call volume of approximately 40-60 calls per day, with an average call duration of 5-8 minutes.
• Collaborate with other departments on projects, such as adding instructions to outbound shipping boxes.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach, demonstrating the ability to defuse challenging situations and provide solutions.
• Follow company protocols and procedures while ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Utilize computer systems, including Outlook, to manage communication and data input effectively.
• Demonstrate adaptability by thinking on your feet and pivoting as needed to meet changing demands.
• Provide support and direction to customers while ensuring a positive experience.
• Uphold trustworthiness and reliability in all aspects of the role. This is a permanent role that will pay up to $54,000 depending upon experience. Please apply to Jane Gearhart if interested! Requirements
• Bilingual abilities are preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle both positive and challenging interactions.
• Customer service-oriented personality with the ability to think quickly and adapt to situations.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, with the willingness to learn additional systems.
• Ability to talk and type simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• Resilience and thick skin to manage occasional negative interactions professionally.
• Capability to take direction and follow through on assigned tasks.
