Life:

The Incentive Compensation Analyst will support our portfolio of compensation plans. The Incentive Compensation Analyst will provide analytical and administrative support to drive business performance and ensure maximum return on the company’s investment in employee compensation. Position responsibilities include plan modeling, ROI analysis, systems implementation/programming, plan communication, and daily administration support for assigned incentive programs. The starting salary is $55,000.

What You’ll Do:

Administer, design, and maintain periodic incentive plans through Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) Software. Respond to inquiries from HRBPs, managers and employees (e.g., regarding incentive programs, calculations, goals, and crediting rules) Perform regular and ad hoc reporting and analyses related to incentive design, cost, performance, and compliance. Prepare documentation of plans, training materials, and communications Ensure accuracy and integrity of assigned plans in ICM Software. Manage projects related to implementation, communication, and the day-to-day administration of incentive plans. Conduct regular compensation compliance audits. Provide data and recommendations to support decisions regarding plan status, performance, and plan management.

What We’re Looking For:

0-2 years’ experience in Incentive Compensation, Compensation, HR, or related field, preferred Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or related field, preferred Strong technical proficiency with data analysis and modeling; specific experience with ICM software, specifically Varicent, preferred Proficiency in MS Office Excel, required Familiarity with financial concepts and ability to learn new systems and processes Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to perform extensive data validation using automated tools Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems Ability to see the big picture and leverage critical thinking and innovation Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skill
