We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated specialist to handle worker’s compensation and auto insurance claims on-site, Monday through Friday. Skills, Duties, & Responsibilities Ensure workers comp/auto related injury claims are filed timely Assist with verifications of benefits Assist with obtaining authorizations Ability to ensure accurate documentation is being attached to claims Responsible for working claim denials timely Responsible for working A/R reports timely Responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing detailed notes Ability to work effectively within a team environment Knowledgeable of the WC/Auto statues for the state of Florida Possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with payers and staff Strong problem-solving skills Ability to understand statistical workers comp/auth data Performs other duties as assigned by management Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with nurse case managers & claims adjusters Ability to multi-task and respond timely to adjust requests Working with attorneys (Auto) Settlement negotiations Benefits 100% Paid Health Insurance 401k (Employer Matching)
