Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced Account Administrator to manage and oversee educational programs while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. This role requires a strong background in education administration, financial reporting, and curriculum management. Based in Miami, Florida, in downtown. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting employees and their families by delivering high-quality benefits services.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage curriculums and programs, including enrollment, and compliance.
  • Develop and oversee the annual operating budget for benefits-related expenses.
  • Collaborate with families and employees and stay up on changes and communicate internally/externally
  • Prepare detailed reports and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial and regulatory standards.
  • Act as a liaison between the organization, families, and grant managers ensuring seamless benefit program implementation.
  • Support curriculum management and employee training related to benefits and organizational policies.
  • Provide guidance on technical certifications and teaching requirements, particularly in early childhood education.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and legislative changes affecting grant administration.

  • A minimum of five years of experience in education, teaching, or early learning or government and grant management
  • Experience in managing annual operating budgets and financial reporting.
  • Teaching certificate with at least three years of relevant experience, preferably in early childhood education.
  • A Master’s degree in a related field, demonstrating advanced expertise.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills to interact with families, employees, and vendors.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing employee benefits.
