Miami, FL – Hybrid Our client seeks a Benefits Platform Specialist in the employee benefits and insurance industry to join their South Florida team in an in-office role. $25.00-$30.00 per hour Monthly bonus potential based on performance 401(k) + matching Health, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance Paid time off and Paid holidays Tuition reimbursement Collaborative office environment A Day in the Life of the Benefits Platform Specialist In this role, you’ll serve as the go-to expert for building and managing client benefits portals, ensuring each open enrollment runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in configuring plans in Employee Navigator, supporting client communication, creating benefits booklets, and resolving discrepancies to ensure a seamless experience for clients and their employees.

Responsibilities include:

Build and manage client portals within Employee Navigator Set up benefit plans for open enrollment periods Guide clients through the portal and its features Create tailored benefits booklets for each client group Communicate with clients during open enrollment and address plan-related questions Audit reports and invoices to ensure accuracy Resolve any discrepancies related to carrier connections in the platform Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (1-hour lunch) schedule Working in-person for the first 6 months than able to work remotely

Requirements and Qualifications:

2+ years as a Benefits Platform Specialist or similar experience with building benefits portals Experience using Employee Navigator Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel Able to work independently and meet deadlines Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism Customer service-focused mindset About the
