Defined Benefit Plan Administrator
Heller Pension Associates, Inc. (Remote / Hyde Park NY / Miami FL / Hybrid) Experienced DB/CB/Combo Plan Administrator•Join Our Established TPA Firm We are a 50-Year Old Third Party Administration firm seeking an experienced Defined Benefit/Cash Balance/Combo Plan Administrator to join our team.
Required Experience:
Hands-on administration of DB/CB Plans•must be comfortable performing calculations and testing independently, not just relying on an actuary.
Preparation of AFTAPs and Schedule SBs.
Strong understanding of Section 415 Limitations.
Ability to manage plans from start to finish (A to Z), including client communications, and collaboration with CPAs and financial advisors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required•concentration in Math, Actuarial Science, Accounting, or Finance strongly preferred.
ASPPA or EA Designation (or active pursuit of such) preferred.
