As an On-Site Benefits Service Specialist , you’ll be the front line of support for members at one of our client locations. You’ll handle day-to-day benefits service needs, provide accurate information about eligibility and processes, and ensure a smooth, professional experience for every member you assist. This is a client-facing, non-licensed role—meaning you support benefit processes without selling or recommending insurance plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming calls, emails, and requests related to benefits and services Analyze and resolve inquiries based on client-specific rules and procedures Perform accurate data entry and manage documents in various systems Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and client contacts to resolve issues Generate reports and technical correspondence as needed Track and report service activities to meet client performance goals Maintain a professional presence onsite and represent FBMC with positivity Ensure compliance with regulations by avoiding activities requiring an insurance license (e.g., plan recommendations or enrollments)
