Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in West Palm Beach, FL. Interested? Here’s what you’d do: A Benefits Enrollment Specialist is responsible for managing employee participation in various benefit programs, such as health insurance, ancillary benefits, and other perks. This role involves effectively communicating the details of these benefits to employees, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The specialist is committed to providing excellent service to worksites, employees, and internal partners. Provide excellent customer service to employees and field partners through various communication mediums, including phone calls and inbound and outbound communications.
Educating employees about their benefits, enrollment processes, and choices. Provides guidance to Worksite employees regarding benefit plans to ensure optimal customer service level.
Researches and resolves product and service issues from internal partners, clients and worksite employees to ensure accurate and timely responses. Documents information and interactions in the applicable system(s), ex. Client Space and Upstream, etc. Understands and references benefit documentation to ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations and laws, including Section 125.
Maintains knowledge of all systems, processes and changes pertaining to various benefit plans, regulatory changes, policy changes, industry developments and internal resources to ensure compliance with departmental processes and company guidelines. Collaboration; Embrace a spirit of collaboration by being willing to share tasks, ideas, and responsibilities. Focus on leveraging each team member’s strengths and skills to achieve common goals and foster a sense of unity.
Prepares and processes basic benefit enrollments, changes, terminations and adjustments for PEO Benefit offerings to ensure timely processing for worksite employees while maintaining accurate and timely records of actions in CRM
Participates in the annual enrollment process and training, education and follow up, as well as reviewing current process and changes. Ensures adnce to deadlines and compliance with PEO Benefits Rules of Engagement. Utilizes problem resolution and critical thinking techniques to assist customers and internal and external partners and makes recommendations to team and management.
Provides professional communication in all interactions.
Meets all KPIs through adnce to business schedules, responsiveness and SLAs.. Here’s what you’ll get: Pay rate: $28.00-$30.00/Hour
