Surgical Specialist:
Minimum:
High school graduate with 2 year of office experience. Must have the ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently. in office/remote hybrid position
Prefer Bilingual:
“Spanish/English” Criminal background and drug screening required as well as excellent professional references.
Role:
- Supports Medical Practitioner and Office Coordinator
- Patient Liaison
- Insurance Adjuster Liasion Front Office

Scheduling/Surgery Booking Billing/Basic Accounting Responsibilities:
⁃ Phone/Email Interaction with Referring Insurance Adjusters and Patients ⁃ Calendar Management
- Scheduling & Booking pre/post op appointments ⁃ Excel Spreadsheet creation and maintenance ⁃
Word:
(Microsoft Office)
- Dictations, minimal.
⁃ Billing /Collections AR follow-up (not medical insurance, simple status update calls)
Location:
Downtown St Petersburg:
Office Building, Free garage parking. M-F / business hours.
Need to be:
Diligent, organized, detail oriented, able to prioritize, multi-tasker, respond to texts, emails quickly and efficiently follow directions.
