About the

Role:

The Incentive Compensation Operations Analystrole is part of the regional Accounting Operations team and isresponsible for the administration of various incentive plans inthe North America region. This role requires a strong attitude withsignificant partnering with other teams across the organization,including Finance (FPA, Country Finance, Accounting), HR(Compensation and Benefits, HR business partners, HR TalentAcquisition) as well as business leaders (directors and above). Theincumbent will work cross-functionally with various departments toestablish processes, procedures, and adequate controls, and driveimprovements. A successful candidate for this role will execute thekey job responsibilities listed, drive improvements in theunderlying analytical tools/processes and proactively reportactionable data to the manager.

What You’ll Do:

Assist incoordinating and setting up new plans every quarter or year in theincentive management tool. Support (or lead) payout process,including calculations, manual compensation adjustments, approvalprocess. This process will be executed in close coordination withFinance and other teams to obtain the actual performance resultsand the regional Compensation and Benefits team and senior leaderson approved payout adjustments. Perform monthly accountingactivities such as calculate month-end and quarter-end accruals,post journal entries, perform and conduct various account analysesand reconciliations, research issues and provide ad hocdeliverables for internal and external audit. Respond to inquiriesand requests from internal customers. This may include questions ordisputes related to specific calculations and, tool or reportnavigation and training. Ensure that all compensation policies andprocedures are adhered to. Liaise with incentive management toolprovider to troubleshoot and resolve operational system issues (ifany). Maintain operational reporting functionalities in theincentive management tool, developing and distributing standard andad-hoc reports. Identify opportunities for process improvement andimplement approved changes to Streamline the compensation operationprocess, contributing to process and systems or tools enhancementprojects. Improve current process of gathering financial resultsfrom country Finance teams, exploring opportunities for automationand process simplification. Support all testing requirements forsystem enhancements. Ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned ProcessSPIFF incentive compensation for business. Lead collaborativemeetings and partner with business leaders to ensure thecompensation pay is aligned with business performance. Guide theday to day work of junior analyst(s). Develop presentations anddata visualizations relevant to assigned functional areas.

WhatWe’re Looking For:

5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.

Bachelor’s Degree required; Accounting or Finance preferred.

Demonstrates the ability to execute instructions, seekclarification when necessary, and work independently with minimalsupervision. Proficient in using common office equipment andrelevant computer systems/applications at an intermediate level.

Capable of performing complex mathematical calculations andmanaging multiple tasks simultaneously. Exhibits strongproblem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skillswhile recognizing and attending to important details with accuracyand efficiency. Possesses strong leadership skills, demonstrating awillingness to lead, innovate, and assert ideas, while alsocollaborating effectively and building solid working relationshipswith colleagues. Displays excellent organizational and timemanagement skills, driving tasks to completion and adapting readilyto change as needed. Effectively manages stress and pressure whileupholding social, ethical, and organizational standards in allbusiness activities. Maintains confidentiality of sensitiveinformation and exhibits sensitivity to the needs, concerns, andfeelings of others.’

Note:

This position offers a hybrid workmodel, requiring employees to work in the office for 2 days andremotely for 3 days each week. Please note that this arrangement issubject to change based on business needs.
