Responsibilities for Benefits & Leaves Specialist include but are not limited to:
Administer U.S. employee benefits and leave programs, including PTO and Paid Leaves
Conduct audits and correct timekeeping data in Workday
Run reports and analyze data related to benefits and pension plans
Draft internalmunications using email and VIVA Engage
Candidates for Benefits & Leaves Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:
5-8 years of U.S. leave of absence administration experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of U.S. leave laws andpliance practices
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Monday-Friday, business hours (hybrid, occasional onsite)

Pay Details:

$38.00 to $40.00 per hour
