Job Description
Description We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Analyst to join our client’s HR team in Orlando, FL. This is a key role in driving fair, competitive, and equitable compensation strategies that align with organizational goals and market trends. Key Responsibilities:
+ Analyze internal and external compensation data to support salary recommendations and pay structures + Conduct market pricing for new and existing roles using survey data and industry benchmarks + Partner with HR business partners and hiring managers to provide compensation insights during hiring, promotions, and internal mobility + Support the annual compensation planning cycle, including merit increases, bonuses, and pay equity reviews + Maintain job classifications and ensure roles are aligned with market data and internal consistency + Assist in the development and communication of compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines + Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor pay competitiveness and internal equity
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field + 2-4 years of experience in compensation analysis, HR analytics, or a related HR function + Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup, data visualization) + Experience with market pricing tools (e.g., Mercer, Radford, Willis Towers Watson) and HRIS systems + Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data to stakeholders + CCP certification (Certified Compensation Professional) a plus, but not required Requirements Microsoft Excel, Compensation & Benefits, Compensation Administration, VLOOKUP, Spreadsheets, Benefits Analysis, PeopleSoft, Workday TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
