As an HR Employee Service Specialist IV within our Ask JPMC HR Team, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional HR support to our North America and/or Latin America employees. Your role involves handling inquiries related to payroll, policies, regulations, employee benefits, and certifications. You will ensure a seamless, end-to-end positive experience for employees, from recruitment through retirement, by adhering to established processes and guidelines.

Job responsibilities:

Resolve employee inquiries accurately and effectively
Handle inbound and outbound calls to address employee inquiries
Respond to inquiries via an online tool with precision
Adhere to all established processes, policies, company guidelines, and regulations
Complete HR-related transactions and activities in line with company policy
Meet service level, quality, and productivity metrics Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills
Customer-obsessed mindset
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines; work under pressure and handle high volumes
Active listening, probing, and reading comprehension skills
Strong analytical and math skills
