Our Benefits Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support with administrating all aspects of the benefits program that include but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long term and short-term disability, leave of absence, 401 (k) and health spending accounts in support of the corporate Rollins Support Center (RSC) in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities:
You Will . . . Provide stellar customer support to Rollins’ teammates on general inquiries pertaining to benefits Resolve administrative problems with carrier and third-party vendor representatives Processes Qualified Medical Child Support Orders in coordination with Payroll, when applicable Support benefits related audits (e.g. FSA/HSA/Dependent eligibility/401(k)) Process and follow up on disability claims Supports the annual open enrollment process Manage file maintenance (including organizing, retrieval and shredding of files/documents as needed) Comply with ACA, DOL, IRS, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, and other state/federal regulations Support the tuition reimbursement and Rollins Scholarship programs Support the vendor billing and authorized payment process Support department reporting to and interaction with Accounting Maintain strict confidentiality of all benefits related records and information Cross-train on all essential aspects of benefits, including 401k All other duties as assigned by the Director of Benefits The Benefits . . . The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements): Minimum associate degree 1 – 3 years of HR, benefits and/or consulting experience Strong working knowledge and experience with full Microsoft Office suite Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service skills Able to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
