Role:

Entry level position that works under immediate supervision. Provides assistance to a variety of daily tasks to ensure chargebacks and exposures are maintained and mitigated. Investigates any incidencesthat may result in asset loss and notifies management.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage the chargeback email inbox, ensuring all inquiries are addressed within SLA timeframes. Respond promptly and professionally to chargeback and dispute notifications from issuing banks and processing partners. Serve as backup support for reviewing large incoming chargebacks from Fiserv, TSYS, andMRI. Accurately create and respond to Chargeback, Retrieval, and Pin Debit Reports. Maintain and respond to MX Connect (MXC) dispute notification cases, adhering to internalSLA requirements. Communicate with merchants and partners on chargebacks that exceed established thresholds. Identify anomalies or trends from chargeback reporting and escalate as necessary. Assist with handling Pin-Based Disputes for both TSYS and Fiserv transactions. Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and industry regulations related to disputes and chargebacks.

Candidate Requirements:

Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. Strong decision-making skills with a logical and analytical mindset. Capable of resolving problems efficiently, especially under pressure, while maintaining professionalism. Excellent data entry and analytical skills; ability to review and process case data with a high degree of accuracy. Clear communication skills and the ability to interpret and execute complex instructions. Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to task management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in chargebacks, disputes, or a related financial operations role preferred. Familiarity with TSYS, Fiserv, ZenDesk and MX Connect systems is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
