The first 3 letters in workplace safety are Y-O-U!TK Elevator iscurrently seeking an experienced Compensation Consultant located inAtlanta, GA.The Compensation Consultant will oversee the design,analysis, and administration of TK Elevator’s compensation programsand HR reporting, including highly complex incentive plan design,modeling, and payment calculations; base salary structure designand analysis; job evaluation and market pricing; annual Meritadministration; salary survey participation; and HR metricanalysis.

The primary objectives will be to ensure the company’scompensation practices 1) align with its business goals andstrategies; 2) are competitive, equitable, and legally compliant;3) attract and retain top talent, and 4) motivate employees toachieve the company’s short- and long-term goals.

ESSENTIAL JOBFUNCTIONS

Serve as the Subject matter expert in compensation,particularly to represent the function to the field and serve as apoint of contact for HR and business partners. Work with stakeholders to own the full lifecycle of allshort-term incentive plans: design, analysis, communication, andadministration for the field operations group. Partner with senior leadership to design -15-25 incentiveplans. Gain stakeholder buy-in, collaborate with Legal. Coordinate financial modeling, assess business impact ofcurrent plans. Oversee complex incentive calculations, accruals, andpayouts. Collaborate with Finance to track KPIs and assess effectivenessof incentive plans. Head the IC Governance Committee and processes. Ensure new and current jobs are accurately evaluated andgraded. Collaborate with HR partners in the annual performance reviewand Merit administration. Provide guidance on increases. Oversee calculations. Communicate process and results. Manage the approval process for off-cycle pay increases andexception requests. Represent the Compensation department in the ongoingimplementation of the

SFEC/SAP

Compensation Module. Assist external consultants in the integration of companysalary structures and incentive plans. Participate in user testing. Review and design formal policies and procedures governingcompensation practices. Oversee and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis toensure company’s compensation practices align with its philosophy,comply with guidelines, and achieve business objectives. Oversee survey participation, validating matches and ensuringaccurate and timely submissions. Ensure market competitiveness through annual compensationbenchmarking to multiple external surveys; analyze market ratiosand advise on equity adjustments. Oversee and conduct HR metric analysis/reporting for CHRO andGlobal HQ. Partner with Global and Local HRIS to ensure effective datacapture and reporting functionality. Research and advise on compensation best practices andgovernance: pay equity, promotions, merit, salary structures,incentive design, etc. Partner with HR to ensure compliance with compensationgovernance; communicate and enforce policies. Responsible for the company’s JD library: ensure JDs areaccurate, relevant, and up to date.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources orFinance. 5+ years’ experience in compensation analysis andadministration. Expert user of

Excel:

able to analyze large datasets usingadvanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts; summarize results; andtranslate into clear action items. Advanced user of PowerPoint. Subject matter expert on compensation principles and bestpractices. Ability to communicate concisely and effectively, with theutmost tact and discretion. Proven ability to work and create effective partnerships withexecutives and business leaders across multiple functions andteams. Must be able to handle highly sensitive data with the greatestdegree of confidentiality. Keen attention to detail.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

CCP.

PHR / SPHR. MBA.

Experience with

SFEC / SAP.

Experience using Mercer and/or Culpepper compensationmodules. Experience modeling incentive plans. Experience with ERP implementations. Experience with Sales Compensation.
