Description:

We are searching for two SeniorAssociates to support our benefits function for a 24-month contractposition. These positions will support our global benefits functionwithin our Total Rewards Center of Excellence (COE) to createdetailed inventories of benefit programs (including knowledgearticles) and to assist with benefits harmonization activities forour business units for our APAC, LATAM and EMEA regions (over 40countries).

Duties and qualifications include:

Benefits InventoryWork with Field HR and HR Delivery Centers (HRDCs) in regionsoutside of North America (APAC, LATAM and EMEA) to: Collect sourcedocuments (policies, plan documents, legal agreements) for allbenefits within each country Create Policy documents for existingbenefits with no documentation Create Benefit Knowledge Articles HRand Employee view Centralize and post benefit Knowledge Articlesfor HR with plan information in easy-to-use format Add/updatecentralized Inventory portal with detailed benefit plan details,vendors, costing, and program management information Business UnitHarmonization Support Prepare side by side analysis of insured andnon-insured benefits for countries considering harmonization Puttogether recommendations on cost, employee impact and complexity ofchange Develop initial plan and timeline for harmonization ofinsured benefits

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Understandingof international employee benefits landscape, including localregulations and market practices across various regions Previousexperience with complex benefit plans, including health insurance,retirement plans, and wellness programs Strong analytical skills toassess data and identify trends Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to effectively collaborate withcross-functional teams across different cultures Ability to managemultiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Proficiency inHR systems and data analysis tools Top 5

Required Skills:

3-5 yearsof experience in Benefits Management for countries outside of theUS. Ability to gather information from client employees and help toidentify a benefit plan to suit their individual need 2-3 years ofProject Management Skills Strong data analytics skills and abilityto manage multiple projects with global teams across the world.

Excellent Communication Skills, written and verbal
