We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retirement and Stock Plans Analyst to join our team. As a key member of Rollins, the Retirement and Stock Plans Analyst will be responsible for administering various aspects of key benefit programs including our Defined Contribution, Nonqualified Deferred Compensation, Stock Grants and Employee Stock Purchase Plans. Responsibilities:
You Will be responsible for… SME and Project leadership Serve as a subject matter expert for the retirement plans using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve complex matters Support the benefits strategy and administration of the Company’s retirement plans Proactively identify and troubleshoot internal technical steps/processes to ensure the administration of benefits is more efficient Liaison for carrier and vendor partners on escalated teammate related matters Ensure compliance with legal requirements and government regulations related to retirement plans Communicate effectively and build relationships with teammates, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve benefits-related issues Stay current on industry trends and best practices in retirement and stock plan administration Retirement Plan Administration Administer and support key benefits programs including the Defined Contribution, Deferred Compensation and Employee Stock Purchase Plans Produce and work various internal processes that ensure accuracy between payroll and vendor systems, including researching and resolving discrepancies Manage vendor files and error reports Ensure acquisitions are handled timely and accurately with outside vendors Ensure timely handling of death notifications Coordinate and support all parties to ensure audits are completed timely and accurately Work with appropriate parties to ensure communications and notices are handled timely and accurately Conduct research and analysis of retirement plans and make recommendations for improvements Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required Stock Plan Administration Administer the Rollins Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Administer Stock Grant Awards including vesting, dividends, etc. Assist teammates with account questions, issues Support audit work for ESPP and Stock Grants Administer and maintain equity records in the equity management system (E•TRADE) for equity plans, including RSAs, RSUs, and ESPP Ensure timely and accurate processing of equity events (e.g., grants, terminations) Respond to employee inquiries regarding equity compensation The Benefits . . . Qualifications:
The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements): Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or related field but experience and/or other training/certification may be substituted for the education 2+ years of Retirement Plans Administration experience Comprehensive knowledge of applicable benefits regulations affecting retirement plans Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. VLOOKUP and pivot tables) Experience with HRIS and retirement plan administrators (e.g. UKG, Empower) What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities): Overall HR experience will be considered CEBS or World at Work designation Experience in project management Physical Demands /
