Job Description
Workers’ Compensation Analyst Expedite Solutions Atlanta, GA 30328 The ideal candidate will have strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with a keen attention to detail and customer focus in a fast-paced team environment. This role reports to the Manager of Sales Incentives and is a critical partner to frontline sales teams and sales support groups
Responsibilities:
Sales Compensation Administration:
Administer, analyze, and support sales incentive compensation plans to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.
Job Evaluation & Salary Structuring:
Analyze job descriptions to determine appropriate salary grades and job levels.
Market Research & Salary Surveys:
Participate in salary surveys and conduct market analysis to maintain competitive compensation structures.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Prepare regular reports and dashboards on sales compensation, pay equity, internal alignment, and market competitiveness.
Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure compensation programs comply with applicable laws and regulations. Stay current with compensation trends and best practices.
Stakeholder Support:
Provide guidance to HR partners, managers, and leadership regarding compensation matters. Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders at all levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably with sales incentive plans.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong data manipulation, querying, and reporting skills (Excel, HRIS systems, databases).
Analytical Skills:
Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data, with strong attention to detail.
Communication:
Ability to clearly present data findings and collaborate with all organizational levels, including executives.
Confidentiality:
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive data with discretion.
Time Management:
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Top 5
