Job Description
Gilsbar is a leading provider of comprehensive employee benefits solutions, committed to delivering tailored programs that empower organizations and their workforce. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Benefits Consultant to join our dynamic sales team.

Job Duties:

Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of benefit programs.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targeted revenue goals.
Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging benefit products to remain competitive.
Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in benefit sales or employee benefits consulting is preferred. Strong knowledge of employee benefits products, including health, dental, disability, and retirement plans.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated and results-driven with exceptional problem-solving skills.
