Full Job Description Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Leave of Absence & Benefits Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is essential in supporting our employees and managers through leave of absence processes and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for helping others navigate complex systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Leave of Absence (LOA)
Coordination:
Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding LOA status and updates. Assist in coordinating return-to-work plans and accommodations. Maintain accurate records and assist with LOA-related reporting and compliance.
Benefits Administration:
Support employees with questions and needs related to the benefits management system. Assist with auditing benefits data and ensuring accuracy across systems. Help with benefits integrations and system updates as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in HR, benefits administration, or leave coordination preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency with HRIS or benefits management systems is a plus.
Work Environment:
On-site office position in Springfield, MA. 20 hours per week — no weekends required.
Compensation:
