About the Role This is a year-round, recession-proof, full time position with the following benefits:

- Uniforms Most work is located within 5 miles of Portland and performed in a healthcare setting.
Schedule:
Option 1: Mon-Fri 7:30
- 4:00PM with mandatory overtime on Saturdays when needed Option 2: Tues-Sat 7:30
- 4:00PM with optional overtime Work is varied, including—but not limited to—: Carpentry, water damage remediation/repair, painting, general troubleshooting and repairs.
Company vehicles are supplied for work, so a personal vehicle is not needed for this job.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:
- Carpentry experience
- Preferably basic experience and knowledge of the following: electrical, plumbing, HVAC
- Close attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Professionalism
- High moral character
- Self-Motivation
- Solid work ethic
- Ability to problem solve
- A valid driver’s license
- Computer/tablet/smartphone literacy
